Mowed at the right height for the season, edged along every walk and bed, trimmed and blown clean. Same crew, same day each week.
Lawn health plans
Six visits a season: fertilizer timed to the weather, weed control where it's needed, and a soil test every spring.
Aeration & overseeding
Core aeration in early fall, then seed the same day while the holes are open. The single best thing for a thin lawn.
Seasonal cleanups
Spring cleanup to wake the yard up; fall leaf removal and bed cutback so it goes into winter tidy.
Beds, mulch & shrubs
Crisp bed edges, fresh hardwood mulch, shrub shaping and new plantings that suit the light you actually have.
Patios, paths & walls
Flagstone patios, stepping-stone paths and low retaining walls, designed with you and built by our hardscape crew.
Irrigation checks
A spring start-up and a mid-summer check: heads cleared, zones balanced, timers set to water deep, not daily.
New sod & seeding
Soil prep, then sod or seed, with a watering plan for the first 30 days so it actually roots.

About these prices
These are example ranges for a fictional company. A real price follows the walk-through: yard size, slope, gate access and the number of beds all move it, and we put the final number in writing before any work starts.
A season with us
What a year of visits looks like
Spring
Cleanup, bed edging and fresh mulch, a soil test, and pre-emergent before the soil warms up.
Summer
Weekly mowing at a high cut, spot weed control, and an irrigation check so the lawn gets deep water, not daily sprinkles.
Fall
Core aeration and overseeding, leaf cleanup, and a winterizer feeding before the ground cools.
Winter
Shrub and tree pruning, next year's plan, and design time for patios, paths and new beds.
Service details
What each visit includes
Example ranges for a fictional company. Your written plan prices your yard.
Weekly mowing & edging
Included: mowing at the season's height, string trimming, edging walks and beds, blowing hard surfaces clean.
Not included: leaf removal (that's a cleanup), bagging unless you ask.
Time on site: 25–45 minutes for most yards.
Example range: $45–$70 per visit.
Lawn health visits
Included: six visits March–November, slow-release fertilizer, targeted weed control, a spring soil test and a late-summer grub check.
Not included: blanket spraying. We treat what's there.
Time on site: 15–25 minutes.
Example range: $59–$95 per month.
Aeration & overseeding
Included: two passes with a core aerator, seed matched to your sun and shade, starter fertilizer, and a watering guide.
Not included: daily watering afterward. That's yours for three weeks.
Time on site: 1–2 hours.
Example range: $180–$340.
Spring & fall cleanups
Included: leaves and debris out of lawn and beds, perennial cutback, bed edging, yard waste hauled away.
Not included: gutter cleaning.
Time on site: half a day for most yards.
Example range: $240–$520.
Beds, mulch & shrubs
Included: edging, weeding, 2–3 inches of hardwood mulch, shrub shaping, and new plants on request.
Not included: tree work over 12 feet.
Time on site: 2–6 hours.
Example range: $320–$900.
Patios, paths & walls
Included: a design visit, a drawn plan, excavation, base, stone and cleanup.
Not included: permits where your town requires them (we'll tell you).
Time on site: 2–10 days.
Example range: $4,500–$18,000.
