Briar Hill: a patio the lawn kept washing onto
The back of this yard sloped toward the house. Every hard rain sent soil and grass clippings across the old patio, and the lawn at the top of the slope never filled in.
We rebuilt the patio in large gray pavers set on a proper base, cut the slope back and held it with a boulder retaining wall with steps up to the yard. Then we regraded the strip above it and laid new sod.
Six days on site. The patio stays clean after a storm, and the lawn above it has filled in thick and even.

Old Mill: a front lawn in one fall
This lawn was thin, weedy and patchy after a dry summer. The owners wanted it fixed without tearing everything out.
In early September we core-aerated twice, overseeded with a sun-and-shade mix the same day, and added starter fertilizer. We cut new bed lines along the house and planted low shrubs.
By late October the new grass had filled in. They've been on our Weekly Care plan since.

What our customers tell us
Every storm used to wash the lawn onto our patio. Now it stays clean, and the crew left the yard tidier than they found it.
Rosa walked the yard with us and drew the path on the spot. What got built matched the drawing, down to the curve.
The raised beds went in over a long weekend, and they came back in spring to check the drainage without us asking.
