What we never ask for
No gate or alarm codes, no key locations, no payment details and no dates you'll be away. A ZIP code or neighborhood is enough to start.
Photos are optional: reply to the confirmation email with 3–5 photos of your yard, or, if you're already a customer, add them in your portal Documents.
Questions about the estimate
Is it really free?
Yes. The walk-through and the written plan cost nothing, and there's no obligation to book.
Do I need to be home?
It helps if you can, so we can talk through what you want. If not, we can walk the front and side yard and send the plan by email.
How accurate is the price?
The written price after the walk-through is the price. It only changes if you add work, and we'd put that in writing first.
Do you serve my street?
We cover all of Larkhaven plus Ashby Crossing and Quarry Lake. If a route passes within a mile of you, we can usually fit you in. See the service area.
